Kapil Garg
Co-founder and MD
Mr. Kapil Garg is a Chartered Accountant and CPA from Australia, with extensive expertise in US GAAP and IFRS implementation. He has 15 years of experience in Audit, specialising in Bank audits and Management audits. He also handles compliances, including compliance of Income Tax, ROC, RBI, Registrar of Cooperative Societies and Service Tax matters. Mr. Kapil is also a visiting faculty and guest speaker for various seminars and workshops on Accounting and Audit topics.

Mr. Ankush Julka is COO Payments Business at Hindon Mercantile Limited, he holds Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Application Engineering. With over 20 years of diversified domain experience’s in leading Fintech, Telecom Industry in India. He is a tech entrepreneur with strong acumen of converting idea’s to product/service’s, passion to him is building things which makes a positive change. Under his administration, Mufinpay is one of the fastest growing platforms. It offers various products like Gift Card, Super App, Business App, Payment Gateway and Pay-out.
Mrs. Ekta Vipin Kabra

Mrs. Ekta, Product Head at Hindon Mercantile Limited, holds an advanced post-graduate diploma in finance from IMT Ghaziabad. With over 13+ years of experience in fintech, including roles at NPCI and The Royal Bank of Scotland, she excels in product management, risk management, and fraud prevention. Under her leadership, Mufinpay has rapidly grown, offering products like Gift Cards, Prepiad Cards, UPI, Super App, and Payment Gateways. Her expertise in developing financial products drives significant industry advancements.

Mrs. Tanvi Jawa is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience into Financial Accounting and Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Preparation of Financial Statements, Comparison of MIS with Financials and analysis of variance, Presenting fluctuations in Gross margins and EBITDA, Management Reporting, Handling the Audit Queries, Controlling the month-end activities, submission of details for due diligence audit, GST compliances, TDS and Income tax compliances, designing and implementation of SOPs etc.
